Payment Policy

Welcome to AWD-IT.co.uk. AWD-IT.co.uk and its parents/affiliates provide access to the AWD-IT.co.uk website (the " website" ) and sell our products to you subject to the conditions set out in these pages.

Please read these conditions carefully before using the AWD-IT.co.uk website. By using the AWD-IT.co.uk website, you signify your agreement to be bound by these conditions. In addition, when you use any current or future AWD-IT.co.uk service you will also be subject to the guidelines and conditions applicable to that service.

1. General Payment Policies

Purchases will appear on your statement as ADMI Limited
All prices and amounts are quoted and invoiced in GBP (Great Britain Pounds - Sterling). 

Once AWD-IT  has received your purchase request, we will begin to process your order. Please be aware that full payment will be taken from your card when we have accepted your order and it is ready to be shipped. 

AWD-IT will not add any additional fees to your purchase if you pay via any of the card types supported. 

AWD-IT currently accepts the following card types:- 

Visa, Visa Electron, Visa Debit, Solo, Maestro, Mastercard  and American Express 

Please print and retain a hard copy of the transaction receipt that will be sent to you via e-mail.

2. Security

To help guard against fraud, the major credit card companies have implemented a system to ensure the credit card used in a transaction is actually possessed by the user. This system may be called security codes, CVV2 (Visa), CVC2 (MasterCard), or CID (American Express). The verification number is a non-embossed number printed on the credit card.

For Visa / MasterCard / Discover card, the three-digit verification number (CVV2) code is in the signature area on the back of your card far right side. Your credit card number should be printed here along with a three-digit number at the end.

For American Express cards, you can find your four-digit verification number (CID) on the front of your card above the credit card number on either the right or the left side of your card.

As a consequence of this, you may be asked to provide the CVV when transacting with AWD-IT.

In addition, in order to help prevent fraud and identity theft, AWD-IT will not permit the purchase to proceed if the invoice address does not match the cardholders registered card address.

3. Refund/Returns Policy

If there is a fault with your product within 6 months of purchase we will normally offer a prompt repair, exchange or refund. We will always offer you the choice of an exchange or refund if the fault occurs within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a refund or exchange the product must be:- 

in otherwise in 'as-new' condition 

complete with any accessories and free gifts offered with it (and, if possible, the original box and packaging).

Please return the product to ADMi Limited, Unit 17 Dewsbury Road, Fenton, Stoke-on-Trent, ST4 2TE. If a fault occurs while you are abroad, please contact us after you return to the UK.

This promise does not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear. For consumable items (e.g. batteries, camera films, ink cartridges etc) the guarantee period is one month from purchase.

If a pre-recorded videotape, DVD, CD, Minidisc or other software is faulty under guarantee we will happily exchange it for the same title or refund your money.

Any refund due to a fault or other defect will include a refund of the applicable delivery charges, where the product has been returned to the shop by delivery through postal, courier etc and not in person not exceeding £ 9.00

AWD-IT refunds policy does not affect your statutory rights. Some notes about refunds: 

When you send your item back to us, AWD-IT will process the returned item then notify you via e-mail of your refund. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within four weeks of our receiving your return.

By law, customers in the European Union also have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. This applies to all of our products except for digital items (eg: e-Books) where the item has been downloaded. ADMI Limited regrets that we also cannot accept cancellations of contracts for the purchase of video, DVD, audio, video games and software products where the item has been unsealed.

To cancel your purchase within the seven-working-day cooling-off period, please give the reason for the return as " I just don't want it anymore" . Please package the relevant item(s) securely and send it to ADMi Limited, Unit 17 Dewsbury Road, Fenton, Stoke-on-Trent, ST4 2TE*

Please note that we cannot accept returns if you deliver them to us by hand.

For your protection, AWD-IT recommends that you use a recorded-delivery service if the value of the return is more than  15 GBP.

As soon as AWD-IT receive notice of your cancellation of the order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item together with the item's normal postage charge AWD-IT will not refund any priority, express or courier component of the postage charge.

4. Website Security

All sensitive consumer data collected on this site is used only for the purpose of completing the transaction. Transaction information is transmitted to our payment partner using 128 bit SSL encryption.

5. Our contract

When you place an order to purchase a product from AWD-IT.co.uk, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we've dispatched that product to you (the " Dispatch Confirmation E-mail" ). That acceptance will be complete at the time we send the Dispatch Confirmation E-mail to you. Any products on the same order which we have not confirmed in a Dispatch Confirmation E-mail to have been dispatched do not form part of that contract.

6. Pricing and availability

We list availability information for products sold by us on the website, including on each product information page. Beyond what we say on that page or otherwise on the website, we cannot be more specific about availability. Please note that dispatch estimates are just that. They are not guaranteed dispatch times and should not be relied upon as such. As we process your order, we will inform you by e-mail if any products you order turn out to be unavailable.

The products pricing is only applicable to the order placed at the time and no future variation of price can be considered part of the contract.

7. Customs

When ordering goods from awd-itco.uk for delivery overseas you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering from AWD-IT.co.uk, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Your privacy is important to us and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers and customers dispatching products internationally to be aware that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

8. Children (under 18)

AWD-IT.co.uk does not sell products for purchase by children. If you are under 18, you may use AWD-IT.co.uk only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

9. Electronic communications

When you visit AWD-IT.co.uk or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. We communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on the website. For contractual purposes, you consent to receive communications from us electronically and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.

10. Alteration of Service or Amendments to the Conditions

We reserve the right to make changes to our website, policies, and these Conditions of Use & Sale (Terms and Conditions) at any time. You will be subject to the policies and Conditions of Conditions of Use & Sale in force at the time that you use the website or that you order goods from us, unless any change to those policies or these conditions is required to be made by law or government authority (in which case it will apply to orders previously placed by you). If any of these conditions is deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.

11. Events beyond our reasonable control

We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.
