Intel 13th Gen – All About the Latest Processors.

We have some big news (for the people in the back BIG NEWS!) from Intel which is the announcement of the latest and greatest processor offerings from intel with the welcoming of intel 13th generation of Intel Core processors – We can’t wait to show you all the big new powerhouse features.

Intel® Core™ i9-13900K/KF

The i9-13900k is the powerhouse of the intel line-Up, The flagship CPU makes headlines with its 24 cores and 32 threads.

Split between 8 P-Cores which are the high clocking powerful cores for the most demanding of tasks reaching speeds up to 5.8GHZ which is dazzling.

Accompanying the 8 P-Cores is the 16 E-Cores which will be used to assist the processing grunt of the P-Cores to allow your system to keep up with the most demanding of users (Perfect for Streamers and Gamers).

Intel® Core™ i9-13700K/KF

The i7-13700k we think will be the go-to choice for the enthusiast Gamer that loves overclocking, High frame rates and blistering performance thanks to it's 16 cores and 24 threads.

Split up between 8 powerful P-Cores clocking up to 5.4ghz and 8 E-Cores which will offer Gamers the headroom to have all of their favourite applications open at once without a single stutter in sight.

Intel® Core™ i9-13600K/KF

The i5-13600k is currently the entry level of offering from Intel for intel 13th gen but don’t think this will give you substandard performance!

Offering 14 cores and 20 threads, split between 6 P-Cores and 8 E-Cores meaning multitasking will be a breeze.

These powerful P-Cores clock all the way up to 5.1GHZ giving single core performance previously dreamt of by PC Gamers but luckily thankfully due to impressive gains by intel.

All of the 13th Gen processors can clock above 5GHz!

WHAT ARE THESE NEW INTEL 13TH GEN PROCESSORS?

These new processors are the latest and greatest from intel and the codename for this family of 13th generation CPU’S is called Raptor Lake – The name may remind you of prehistoric times, but the performance is the cutting edge of what is possible today thanks to latest improvements by intel to offer customers the performance they need to crush the competition on the battlefield, overtake the competition on the virtual racetrack and allow pro consumers to create to their hearts content.

“The numbers, what do they mean?”

If you are unsure what the graphic above means, then don’t worry we read these for you and give you all the juicy details. Intel 13th gen on average compared to the 5950X according to intel offers you performance gains of around 30%! Making the 13900K a gaming powerhouse!

Anything else I should know before I upgrade?

There sure is! We would love to tell you about some of the new technologies with Intel 13th Gen Raptor Lake:

  • Single Core Performance Gains: Intel 13th gen is allowing single core performance gains of up to 12% in relation to clock speeds meaning clock speeds up to 5.8GHZ which is a +600Mhz boost over the i9 - 12900K which previously held the Crown of the Intel Performance benchmarks.
  • Multi Core Performance Gains? Single core performance has increased but so has Multi! For the creators and the avid gamers with all the supporting applications to their Battle Station requirements the multitasking ability of Raptor lake meets new highs due to 34% Faster render times in Blender & Unreal Engine compared to last generation's i9 12900K.

Raptor Lake Aka The Overlockers Dream:

Raptor lake is making Overclocking even easier with the inclusion of upgraded software level overclocks via the Extreme Tuning Utility allowing Per core overlocking – 1 click easy overclocking and 1 click XMP 3.0 Profiles to allow for the fastest DDR5 performance.
