Description
GIGABYTE GO27Q24A 27" QD-OLED QHD Gaming Monitor - 2560 x 1440 240Hz 0.03ms - Black - GO27Q24A
The GIGABYTE GO27Q24A is a 27-inch QHD gaming monitor built on a third-generation Samsung QD-OLED panel, running at 240Hz with an exceptional 0.03ms grey-to-grey response time. Self-illuminating pixels deliver a 1.5 million to one contrast ratio, true 10-bit colour and 99% DCI-P3 coverage, factory calibrated to Delta E under 2. Graphene thermal film and an engineered cooling path address the burn-in concern that OLED buyers ask about first.
Third-Generation QD-OLED
QD-OLED combines self-illuminating OLED pixels with a Samsung Quantum Dot layer, which is why it achieves both true blacks and a colour volume that conventional OLED cannot match. Each pixel produces its own light, so there is no backlight bleed and no halo around bright objects on dark backgrounds, giving a 1.5 million to one contrast ratio. Colour coverage reaches 99% DCI-P3 with genuine 10-bit output, factory calibrated to Delta E under 2, which puts it in creative-work territory as well as gaming.
0.03ms Response and 240Hz
At 0.03ms grey-to-grey, OLED pixel response is effectively instantaneous, roughly thirty times faster than a quick IPS panel. That eliminates the motion smearing LCD technology struggles with in darker scenes, which is where the difference is most visible. Paired with a 240Hz refresh rate and both AMD FreeSync Premium and NVIDIA G-SYNC support, motion stays clear and tear-free. Ultra Clear Technology further reduces perceived motion blur.
Burn-In Protection
Heat is the main accelerant of OLED degradation, so GIGABYTE has fitted a graphene thermal film alongside a high performance heatsink and an algorithmically modelled airflow path that also reduces dust accumulation. That active thermal management matters more than software mitigation alone. Black Equalizer 2.0 lifts shadow detail so you can see into dark areas without washing out the rest of the image.
Connectivity
Two HDMI 2.1 ports and DisplayPort 1.4 allow a PC and current-generation consoles to stay connected simultaneously, with HDMI 2.1 carrying the bandwidth for high refresh rates from console hardware. HDR10 support extends contrast and highlight range in compatible content, with peak brightness reaching 400 nits in HDR.
