Kingston FURY Beast RGB 32GB DDR5 5200MT/s CL40 Memory - Black - KF552C40BB2A-32

This Kingston module provides 32GB of DDR5 memory in a single 32GB module, rated at 5200MHz with CL40 timings. Addressable RGB lighting synchronises with the major motherboard lighting ecosystems. As a single module it leaves a slot free to expand later, though a matching second stick is needed for dual-channel bandwidth.

Description

Kingston FURY Beast RGB 32GB DDR5 5200MT/s CL40 Memory - Black - KF552C40BB2A-32

This Kingston module provides 32GB of DDR5 memory in a single 32GB module, rated at 5200MHz with CL40 timings. Addressable RGB lighting synchronises with the major motherboard lighting ecosystems. As a single module it leaves a slot free to expand later, though a matching second stick is needed for dual-channel bandwidth.

DDR5 at 5200MHz

5200MHz DDR5 sits in the range most builders target, and CL40 timings are what separate a genuinely quick kit from one that simply advertises a high frequency. Latency and frequency have to be read together: a fast kit with loose timings can perform worse than a slower one with tight ones. On AMD's AM5 platform 6000MT/s aligns with the optimal Infinity Fabric ratio, which is why that speed grade consistently produces the best real-world results. XMP and EXPO profiles mean reaching rated speed is a matter of enabling one profile in the BIOS rather than tuning by hand.

DDR5 Architecture

DDR5 moves voltage regulation onto the module itself via an onboard power management IC, giving each stick tighter control of its own power delivery and contributing to stability at higher frequencies. On-die ECC corrects single-bit errors within the DRAM, which improves reliability over DDR4 without being the same thing as full server ECC. Higher densities also mean larger capacities per module than DDR4 allowed.

Addressable RGB Lighting

Addressable RGB allows individual LEDs to display different colours at once, producing flowing and layered effects rather than a single static shade. The lighting synchronises through the major motherboard ecosystems, so the memory participates in the build's overall scheme. Note that RGB modules sit taller than bare ones, so check clearance under a large tower air cooler.
