The MOZA Racing HMA150 is a next-generation haptic motion actuator system that brings professional-grade motion to sim racing and flight simulation. Powered by a high-performance 48V servo motor with a precision ball-screw drive, it delivers smooth, quiet and highly responsive motion with sub-millisecond latency.

4-Actuator 3DOF Motion

The HMA150 uses four high-performance actuators to build a 4-axis 3DOF motion platform, reproducing pitch, roll and heave for a deeply immersive simulation experience. Each actuator offers 150mm of travel, well beyond the common 100mm entry-level standard, allowing for more dramatic and detailed motion. A 48V servo motor paired with a durable ball-screw drive delivers up to 300mm/s of speed and over 1G of acceleration while remaining quiet and efficient.

Precision and AI Motion

Signal processing is handled by a 600MHz dedicated microcontroller and a 21-bit encoder resolving over two million positional steps, translating game telemetry into near real-time physical movement. High-frequency vibration up to 150Hz layers fine surface detail on top of the larger motion, so you feel road texture, kerbs and vehicle dynamics. MOZA AI Motion analyses in-game visuals and audio to trigger haptic effects even in titles without native telemetry output.

Integrated, Safe Design

An integrated design houses the control electronics directly within the actuator enclosures, removing the need for bulky external control units and simplifying installation. Safety features include a 48V low-voltage design, an integrated emergency stop switch and power-loss protection that smoothly lowers the platform if power is interrupted. Customisable 16.7 million-colour RGB lighting provides real-time telemetry feedback, and the open interface integrates with a range of third-party cockpits and software.
