The MOZA Wheel Base Front Mount V2 is a mounting bracket that allows a MOZA direct drive wheel base to be secured from the front rather than underneath. Front mounting frees up legroom and suits formula-style seating positions where the base would otherwise sit in the way. It bolts to the four front-facing holes provided on compatible MOZA bases.

Bottom mounting a wheel base places the unit directly above your legs, which becomes restrictive in a low, reclined formula-style driving position. Mounting from the front instead moves the base forward and clear of your knees, opening up legroom and allowing a more authentic single-seater posture. It also lowers the effective wheel position, which many drivers find more natural for open-wheel and prototype cars.
