Built on the AMD B840 chipset with an AM5 socket, the PRO B840-S EVO supports AMD Ryzen 9000, 8000 and 7000 series desktop processors. The PCIe 4.0 x16 primary slot delivers full GPU bandwidth, while a secondary PCIe 3.0 x4 slot provides additional expansion flexibility for your build.

Memory & Storage

Four DDR5 UDIMM slots support up to 256GB of memory with speeds reaching 8000 MT/s via overclocking and full AMD EXPO support. Three M.2 slots including two PCIe 4.0 x4 slots from the CPU deliver fast and flexible NVMe storage, complemented by four SATA 6G ports with RAID 0, 1 and 10 support for SATA devices and RAID 0 and 1 for M.2 NVMe drives.

Connectivity & Audio

Wi-Fi 6E tri-band support delivers wireless speeds up to 2.4Gbps alongside Bluetooth 5.3, while Realtek 2.5G wired LAN keeps your connection fast and stable.
