We know how exciting it can be when your brand-new PC arrives, let us take you on a step-by-step guide on setting up your PC. 

If you're experiencing any issues, please follow these quick steps before asking for support:

1. Read the manual… or at least follow our quick start guide!
2. Made sure you have connected your monitor cables to the GPU rather than motherboard.
3. Made sure the standby switch on your power supply is flipped on.
4. Made sure if you have a motherboard or PCIe Wi-Fi card the antennae are plugged in.
5. Make sure your drivers are up-to-date.

AWD-IT will always aim to deliver you a high quality build, so before you turn on your shiny new Gaming PC, make sure you follow these three simply steps to avoid any issues!

Please note we include your component boxes with your PC. Do not panic! Everything is already installed and optimised for you, please keep these boxes for your warranty.

REMOVE INTERNAL PACKING

Always remove the protective foam/airbags carefully before turning on your PC.

CHECK INTERNAL CONNECTIONS

Inspect all cables to ensure none were disconnected or loose during shipping.

CONNECTING YOUR PC

Now you have your PC prepared it's time to connect your display, peripherals, and power up your new PC!

PLUG YOUR MONITOR INTO YOUR GPU

Always connect your display to the bottom graphics ports at the back of your PC, unless you have a PC with integrated graphics, then you should connect to the top ports.

POWER UP YOUR NEW GAMING PC

That's it. It's time to power on your new beast!

Remember you may need to switch on the system's power supply first before you can power on your computer with the front power button.
