Please fill all the Area's highlighted in this form to best assist us with your Repair.
In order to speed up repair times and to help retain your data, please complete the following steps before sending in the product to us.
1. Please remove your personal passwords (where applicable) or change them to "1234". Failing this we ask that you provide us with the password.
To enable us to do our full testing procedure if in any case you are not able to either change, provide or remove your password, This will result in the complete loss of all of your data! We recommend that you change your password after the product has been returned to you also.
2. Please send Only the PC back ( We do not require any of the cables used to power or even connect the PC to anything) Unless otherwise stated to you in communication from us.
