The Thermalright AXP120 X67 Black ARGB is a low-profile CPU air cooler, finished in black. Its reduced height suits small form factor and HTPC builds where a full tower cooler will not fit. Addressable RGB lighting synchronises with your motherboard software.

Thermalright Cooling Performance

Thermalright built its reputation on air coolers that match or beat far more expensive rivals, and the approach is consistent across the range: substantial heatpipe count, dense aluminium fin stacks and quality fans, with the money spent on thermal performance rather than packaging. Nickel-plated copper heatpipes make direct contact with the processor to move heat rapidly into the fin array, where the fans dissipate it. The result is cooling that comfortably outperforms the stock cooler bundled with most processors, at a price that rarely reflects it.

Low Profile for Compact Builds

The reduced overall height is the AXP120's defining feature, clearing the side panel in small form factor cases and HTPC chassis where a conventional tower cooler simply will not fit. A top-down layout also blows air across the motherboard's VRM and memory area, which benefits from the airflow in a compact case with limited circulation. It is a considerably more capable option than the low-profile stock coolers it typically replaces.

Addressable RGB Lighting

Addressable RGB allows individual LEDs to show different colours simultaneously for flowing effects rather than a single static shade, connecting to a standard 5V ARGB motherboard header for synchronisation with the rest of your build. The black finish keeps the focus on the lighting itself.

PWM Control and Compatibility

PWM fan control lets the motherboard vary fan speed automatically according to a temperature curve, so the system stays quiet during browsing and office work and only ramps up under sustained load. Mounting hardware covers current Intel and AMD sockets, and Thermalright's bracket system is straightforward to fit. Thermal compound is supplied in the box.
