Thermaltake GRB/G15 Direct Drive Racing Wheel and Pedals Bundle - Black - GRB-G15-DGT3BB-01

The Thermaltake GRB/G15 Direct Drive Racing Wheel and Pedals Bundle is a direct drive racing wheel supplied with pedals, delivering force feedback straight from the motor to the wheel with no belts or gears in between. That produces far more detail and a much faster response than belt-driven alternatives. Finished in black.

Direct Drive Force Feedback

Direct drive mounts the wheel straight onto the motor shaft, so every force the simulation generates reaches your hands without being softened by a belt or gear train. The difference is not simply strength but detail: you feel the tyres losing grip progressively rather than as a sudden jolt, which makes catching a slide far more achievable. It is the reason direct drive has become the standard for serious sim racing.

Supplied with Pedals

The bundle includes a pedal set, so this is a complete package rather than a base needing separate purchases. Pedals matter more than most newcomers expect, since braking consistency is where lap time is actually found. Buying wheel and pedals together also guarantees they are matched and compatible.

Mounting

A direct drive base generates substantial torque and needs mounting to something rigid. A desk clamp will work for lower force settings, but a dedicated cockpit is strongly recommended to get the full benefit and to avoid the base moving under load. Standard mounting patterns allow fitting to most sim racing rigs.
