Delivery & Returns



Closure Dates:

Closed on Good Friday 29th of March and Easter Monday 1st of April.

If you require your item before the bank holiday weekend, please refer to our cut off times below.

Order Deadlines:

For Component Orders and Next-Day Systems:

  • UK Mainland: Order by 2 PM Wednesday, March 25th.
    Other Regions: Order by 2 PM Tuesday, March 24th.

For All Other PC Builds:

  • UK Mainland: Order by 2 PM Tuesday, March 24th.
    Other Regions: Order by 2 PM Monday, March 23rd.

Orders placed outside of these times may experience delays due to the closure of operations during the holiday period.


Free UK Mainland Delivery on all Orders

We offer free delivery to UK mainland addresses on all orders.  Our free delivery is to mainland UK address and takes 4-5 working days (Mon-Fri)

Premium Delivery Options

We offer a range of other delivery options which will be presented at the checkout stage, but that typically include a Tracked service which delivers in 2-3 working days (Mon-Fri) and an Express service which delivers in 1-2 working days (Mon-Fri). 

PC Builds

For our PC builds the delivery time is in addition to the build time for your PC.  Build time options are offered at the configuration stage of your order.


We have designed our returns process to be as efficient as possible for you.  There are 3 scenarios that our returns policy covers:

  1. Unwanted items 
  2. Incorrect/Damaged items
  3. Faulty items
  1. You have the right to return an unwanted item to us within 14 days of receiving the item for a full refund.  The item must be returned to us in an as-new, re-saleable condition, including the packaging.  The cost of returning the item of the unwanted item is the responsibility of the customer.
  2. In the unlikely event that you receive an incorrect item or one that has been damaged in transit then we will refund in full the cost of returning the item to us
  3. Should an item develop a fault within 30 days then please return the item to us.  We will refund you the cost of the return.  After 30 days then it may be quicker and more efficient for you to return the item directly to the manufacturer.  In either case  our customer services department is ready to help keep you gaming.

All returns must be made with an RMA and in their original packaging.  We strongly recommend packing any return in a  separate and protective outer packaging
