Orders

• When an order is placed you will receive an email to confirm that we have received your order. Your order status will show as processed to reflect this.
• Requests to change components of a custom gaming PC after an order has been placed may affect the build schedule and estimated dispatch date.
• You can track your order by loging into your account here: My Account
• Once we've dispatched your order it will be marked as Complete and you will receive the relevant tracking information from your chosen courier.
• In the unfortunate event that an item(s) ordered is no longer available, delayed, or there is a pricing error, we will advise you of this and reserve the right to cancel the order.
• Images of our PC Systems are for illustrative purposes only. Items may vary slighly from the image shown.
• By placing an order with us, you agree to and accept these terms, as well as our privacy policy and the terms of website use.

Payments

• If you have paid via Credit or Debit Card, this will display as Klarna on your statement. At this time, an authorisation has been placed for the amount of the purchase.
• Funds are taken when the order is placed and processed on our system.

Build Times

• All of our build times are Monday-Friday, and are displayed on our listings - whilst we value all customer queries, we do request that if you have ordered a PC then you wait the chosen build time before requesting updates. This will allow us to concentrate on resolving all customer queries on a timely basis.
• Our build times are separate to the delivery method chosen - for example, ordering on a 1-2 working day delivery time will not affect the Standard Build Time, if this is chosen.

Pre-Built Gaming PCs

• Any additional products purchased alongside a Pre-Built gaming PC may be shipped separately. Only the pre-built system itself qualifies for next-day delivery (where applicable). Delivery times for additional items may vary.

Order Changes

• Orders pass through verification at the time of being placed - we are not able to amend delivery addresses following an order being placed. This is due to policy from our payment providers.

Prices

• All Prices include VAT (where applicable).
• Free Delivery to UK Mainland (Excludes Scottish Isles), additional delivery options are calculated at checkout. Learn more
• Prices are liable to change at any time, but pricing changes will not affect orders already completed.
• Where an order is made using finance, delivery must take place to the address given on the finance application.

Promotions

• Promotions, such as game codes, vouchers, free items and rebates are subject to availability. Promotions can be terminated at any time and without notice.
• We will endeavour to honour all promotions but we cannot be held liable where promotions expire, are discontinued, terminated or unavailable.
• Promotions have no cash value.

Gift Cards

• AWD-IT (“we”, “our”, “us”) issues this digital gift card, which is redeemable online only at our website. Gift cards are available in fixed denominations or a custom value chosen by the purchaser, up to a maximum of £2,500 (GBP). Gift cards are valid for 365 days from the date of issue, after which any remaining balance will no longer be redeemable.
• Gift cards may be used in conjunction with other offers, promotions, or discounts, but cannot be purchased using discount codes, promotions, or vouchers. Each gift card is issued for the named recipient only and cannot be transferred. Gift cards are redeemable for any product or service available on our website and have no cash value, nor can they be exchanged for cash.
• To redeem a gift card, enter the gift card code in the designated gift card field at checkout. Gift cards may be used partially or in full, with any remaining balance left on the card for future use. Gift cards are non-refundable except where required by UK law. If a purchase is made using both a gift card and cash, and a refund is applicable, the cash portion will be refunded to the original payment method, and any remaining gift card balance will be returned to a gift card.
• We reserve the right to refuse redemption of any gift card if fraud, misuse, or unauthorised activity is suspected. Any attempt to manipulate, replicate, or sell gift cards without authorisation is strictly prohibited. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. By using the gift card, you agree to these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
