Simply the Best Gaming Graphics you can get on a Desktop Processor?

It certainly looks that way. AMD have announced two new desktop processors which feature integrated graphics courtesy of their own Vega technology - and before you click away from this page, it looks very impressive indeed.

And with affordable price tags, these chips are aimed squarely at drawing console users over to PC gaming.

The AMD Ryzen 3 2200G will be a 4 core, 4 thread affair with a boost speed of 3.7GHz and 8 Vega 8 GPU cores - providing a graphics frequency of 1100MHz. That's going to put users in Grand Theft Auto territory at a fraction of the price required to get there previously.

And the AMD Ryzen 5 2400G will be 4 core, 8 thread with a boost of 3.9GHz and 11 Vega 11 GPU cores with a graphics clock speed of 1250MHz - which means its knocking on the door of the GTX 1050 Ti.

Both chips feature some tasty AMD technology too: SenseMI provides a raft of power optimisation options including machine learning features which anticipate workflow to prepare pathways which significantly speed up your common tasks.

The Ryzen Master Utility provides a sexy UI where you can easily custom clock your CPU and tweak personal profiles.

And perhaps most exciting of all is AMD's partnership with Enmotus, to offer their FuzeDrive technology with the new chips. This awesome software enables users to combine HDD. SSD, RAM and M.2 Drives to optimise boot and operation times - basically using the fastest component to dictate speeds.

Look out for more news and price confirmation on launch - 12th February!
